Portfolio Definition & Maturity Roadmaps

Framework Lifecycles & Methodologies

• Thorough knowledge of established industry and best practice program/project lifecycles (FEED, RIBA Plan of Work, PMI/PMBOK and others) and delivery methodologies (Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid) ensure that PF can develop a fit-for-purpose approach to structuring delivery of projects and programs.
• Robust frameworks for effective Program/Project Management ensure that team members are aware of the required deliverables, assurance activities and governance in each project phase and throughout the lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge of how to design and embed assurance activities into a framework to align with external review requirements (such as Government Gateway Coordination Agency requirements) and to best support governance and decision-making.
• Experience tailoring frameworks to enable accelerated project pathways and agile delivery.

P3 Assurance
 

• 1st line of defence: experience implementing program /project controls frameworks to ensure regular, timely and accurate progress and performance reporting to keep programs/projects on track.
• 2nd line of defence: Establishment of gateway assurance check points and assurance functions to provide key information for project progression and funding decision-making. Implementation of deep dive and health checks for underperforming initiatives, to ensure early resolutions of emerging risks and issues before they become critical.
• 3rd/4th Line of Defence: Experience in the development and implementation of both program/project procedures and of end-to-end assurance functions to facilitate internal and external reviews and audits. Experience with coordinating government Gateway Coordination Agency (GCA) reviews.

P3 Governance

• Capitalise on our skills working with organisations to understand accountabilities and decision-making requirements to design integrated P3 and BAU governance ecosystems.
