  • 1st line of defence: experience implementing program /project controls frameworks to ensure regular, timely and accurate progress and performance reporting to keep programs/projects on track.
  • 2nd line of defence: Establishment of gateway assurance check points and assurance functions to provide key information for project progression and funding decision-making. Implementation of deep dive and health checks for underperforming initiatives, to ensure early resolutions of emerging risks and issues before they become critical.
  • 3rd/4th Line of Defence: Experience in the development and implementation of both program/project procedures and of end-to-end assurance functions to facilitate internal and external reviews and audits. Experience with coordinating government Gateway Coordination Agency (GCA) reviews.
