Rachel Moor has recently earned her P3GP® (Project, Programme & Portfolio Governance Professional) certification, issued by the Project, Programme & Portfolio Governance Qualification Authority (P3GQA).

What is P3GP®?

The P3GP® certification is the only internationally recognised qualification focused specifically on project, programme, and portfolio governance. It’s based on the well-regarded TSO publication “Project, Programme and Portfolio Governance – P3G”, which sets the global standard for governance practices in project delivery.

To achieve certification, candidates must demonstrate a deep understanding of governance principles - from establishing clear roles and responsibilities to ensuring decision-making structures support successful outcomes.
