It’s time to introduce the newest member of our team! Please join us in welcoming Rachel Moor, who steps into the role of Process Improvement Advisor.

Rachel comes to us with a wealth of experience spanning infrastructure, mining, and energy projects in both Australia and the UK. She’s known for her knack for improving systems, designing project management and assurance frameworks, and implementing processes that make operations run smoothly and more efficiently. With her Six Sigma Black Belt certification and a sharp eye for detail, Rachel has guided organisations through complex challenges while driving real, measurable improvements.

What sets Rachel apart is her hands-on approach. She’s been at the helm of critical initiatives, from assisting Sydney Water with the set-up of commercial and project controls systems to building online project handbooks for seamless communication. Recently, she played a key role in supporting Queensland Health to optimise their project processes, where her ability to align teams, refine management systems, and use tech-savvy solutions truly shone.
